"Meeting Rooms cannot be used for events for which there is a charge to the participants.
Organizations may not collect admission fees, sell products or services, or conduct other direct fund-raising activities" on site.
Organizations may conduct such activities prior to or after the event.

Promotion

Parking for attendees only on Buenta Vista Avenue. This is a view of the entrance to the staff/resident parking from Buenta Vista Avenue.

The parking and building is tiered on a hill. I-83 is in the background, down the hill.

You can see the entrance from the upper parking lot. The entrance is above the stairs from the lot.
